M; When you help to clear up the table after the meal and want to ask where you set back the wine glasses, what’s good expression?

F; Well…., “ Where should I put the wine glasses back? “. Is it right?

M; There is an expression in such a case.

F; What’s it?

M; It says

“ Where do the wine glasses go?”

“ They go in the cabinet above the fridge.”

F; Oh….it sounds like wine glasses 🍷 are alive👀

    This expression is very difficult for Japanese people to understand.
    I think that I will surely express as follows in such a scene.

    “Where do I put the wine glasses back?“.
    “Please you put the wine glasses back in the cabinet above the fridge. Thank you”

    Is this expression wrong?

    1. It’s said natives use expression which it goes. We only know the words as Japanese. For example, we use familiar Japanese which foreigners can’t understand such as…I’m thinking 🤔 I’ll answer it later😬
