It’s announced that the 11th cold weather would come back this weekend again though the staying snow is gone now in the ground.
I hope it would not be so worse than ever the last ones. Anyway the warm weather will be getting close to us.

Yesterday my daughter sent a photo of her pot garden which is now growing in the water. She asked me to answer the name of its plant.

It’s getting cloudy but I started to walk in the morning. And I happened to find web reservation of the nail saloon at the station which I had failed before. Have you heard of “pon de keijo” ?
It’s like “pondering“ at Mr.Donuts.
I tried to bake it using Tapioka powder. Adding inurin, sairyumu, salt, coconuts oil, soy milk and butter. No baking powder, yeast nor sugar at all instead cheddar cheese powder, almond nuts powder or Amani seeds.
It’s so amazing ! Outside hard and inside moisture😋

It’s cold again, especially the cold heavy snowy weather is the fourth this season as long as I remember… it was last year that the heaviest snow had attacked at once and my balcony had been covered with snow at that time. But this year is a bit fewer and more times so the total amount of snow must be much more than last year.
Which is better?
I’d like this year better because much snow at a time is too hard to remove and snowy and stop snowing is light shoveling.
I’m convinced less cold and more warm would come soon.
I like rice cracker better than any other flour products but I really love potato 🥔 cracker limited only being sold in Hokkaido.
It’s one of the selected souvenirs from Hokkaido food. KitaKaro’s Kaitaku Okaki or Hori’s korokoro okaki are my favorites.
I can’t buy them usually in Hokkaido or Hokkaido Exhibition. I found regular Hokkaido Exhibition in Favore.
I went on shopping there to get my favorite crackers yesterday. I’ll keep it for a while. 😋
I’ve learned easy and low cost tiramisu using cream cheese, tofu, cocoa powder and sugar.
It’s incredible good enough to compared with the taste real one.
I’m so satisfied with imitation tiramisu😋
I wanted to use tapioca starch for something else except tapioca drink. I had bought some packs of tapioca starch for tapioca mochi but it was very tiring to make it into drink.
I wondered if it could be used for some cookies 🍪. Then I found some recipe for it.
Using tapioca starch and coconuts oil and powder, it enables enough to bake cookie as other flour.
I added linseeds which I had bought instead of sesames.
I made it successfully even for the first time!
It makes me confident to try to bake cookies using different kinds of powders or oil.
