I started for winter garden to avoid coldness in winter.
First I moved some planter into the plastic green house. Then I covered lace lavender with non‐woven fabric like a hat. I don’t know how it will be protected.
I also planted tulip bulbs in the ground earlier than last year.
It’s been fine days for these days…I can bit enjoy autumn.
Yesterday I walked to the station area to buy goods asked by my daughter-in-law in the US who wants useful Japanese hyakkin goods for laundry.
I’m sending a parcel of “ Kodomo Challenge” for grandkids by international mail EMS. I’ll add goods with regular parcel to them.
I first went to the city hall to do early voting and shopping later. I walked more than an hour to finish errands and felt hungry around 11:30…so lunch time🤩
I got lunch at Hinigyu restaurant this time. The reasonable lunch ¥1,100 was Harami gyu don. I was afraid of having rash if I had such beef food…but I tried and made testing.
It was much volume enough for lunch but I ate all of it😋
Then I had a slightly eczema at night 🤨
So it was not good for me…😕 I understand. I know I wouldn’t eat cheap meat lunch any more😖. I’m not normal yet having fragile condition with careful eating.
Finally I’ll eat vegetable and fresh food without chemical additives but eating such as free radical food.
I’ll teach myself to keep the promise not to forget 😞
I’ve been interested in earthing but haven’t practicing regularly just at the time when I had known it that Earthing is beneficial for recovering healthy.
I learn it again recently about how much important to care self-increasing Heath.
I start to earthing & grounding from today in my garden taking socks off and being bear feet 🦶🏻
It’s so amazing I don’t feel so bad without wearing socks. I’ll be bear feet as much as possible to do earthing outside easily🤗
When I walked in the park I found something strange in the tree 🌲 The tree is familiar to me “ Himalayan Sugi “ which is also existing in my area of the apartment.
But I saw it for the first time and I closed into it to find like a pine cone but much bigger!
So I searched it on the web immediately and knew it “Cedar Rose”. It’ll be very charming wood Rose flower shape.
I’m looking forward to picking it under the tree someday.
I set persimmon to dried persimmon three weeks ago. I ate it yesterday because I’ve got other persimmons which were called “Shibagaki”, it’s really made into dried persimmon.
The one which I had set three weeks ago were already dried and perfect. It’s kind of dried fruits…such as raisin.
It’s getting cold and wet outside but I hope they’ll be made up sweet dried persimmon 😋
