Indeed, “change” and “chance” which are different by one letter are very meaningful word.
By the time we were active duty, we often saw the phrase of “The change is the chance!” as the slogan of the company’s New Year.
However, though I also sympathize very much with this phrase, my favourite motto is “Continuity is the father of success” since after retirement.
Continuity of “Walking” and “English study” started after retirement are helping me to maintain health and prevent dementia.

It’s nice of you to have made your slogan and resolution for this year every year. I’m also heading for the aim “Think big and step small” because of getting to forget easily these days.
