It has been very stormy since last night, hasn’t it? I sometimes noticed sound of wind all the night through.
It’s calm and gentle morning now but I found planters are trembled down and more than 1meters emperor dahlia had been broken down by the strong wind last night. It’s kind of destructions in my garden after the storm.

Did it was so stormy last night?
When I was going to bed, I was notice certainly that there was a somewhat strong wind blowing, but I didn’t notice the storm blowing through night until I got up in the morning.
However, also in my garden several tall bowls had fallen down.
Although your emperor dahlia was disappointing, my house’s was okay because it was supported with pole.
Now my house’s two emperor dahlias which got from Jack, the height exceeds 2 m, the diameter of the trunk is about 5 cm and it looks almost like a tree.
I am looking forward to stunning large flower blooming this year.

The wind of last night was really strong.
Your Emperor Dalia is tall. So it probably was not able to endure the wind.
I believe Emperor Dalia will resurrect.

I made a blueberry jam yesterday.
Last year, my blueberries didn’t have any fruit.
Only 750 g could be harvested this year, but I appreciate it.
