How to sleep well

M; Do you have good sleep every night?

F; Maybe..,I don’t remember about dream. How about you?

M; I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours from 10:00pm to 5:30am. Sometime stay up around 0:00 and wake up 7:00 on the weekend.

But I always dream a dream and remember something strange.

F; It means you have good REM sleep each time.

M; Actually I’m an early bird.

F; I’m also like that.

    M: I think my sleep is not good.

    F: why?

    M: I slept at 11:30 and wake up at 6:10 in the morning.
    And I’m listening to “basic English” in the futon until 7 o’clock.
    So, I think I don’t have enough sleep.

    F: Do you have dream a dream?

    M: I often dream a dreams.

    F: According to this paper your sleep will be good.

    By the way,
    I participated in “English chat” yesterday by “Imizu City International Exchange Center”.
    I recently lost confidence in English but I thought “again Let’s do our best!”

  3. F; Are you taking enough sleep?
    M; Yes, I usually go to bed asleep at 11 pm and wake up at around 6 o’clock so I sleep for about 7 hours, but recently I have continuing somewhat a lack sleep day because making video of my grandson’s baseball. When sleeping time becomes less than 5 hours, I feel the body hard.
    F; Please be careful of your health.
