By the way, yesterday in my town, a serious incident that a 70-year-old man living alone died lonely occurred.
His older sister who lives far away asked the police to check his situation because she couldn’t contact to him. And the police asked to me for witness as a district welfare officer.
I am so disappointment that couldn’t prevent the lonely death as a district welfare officer.
