I make 6 liters of barley tea every day.
My husband and my mother can drink cold barley tea.
But my stomach is weak against cold water.
That’s why I drink barley tea at room temperature.
And in the daytime I spend with a natural wind and a fan.
In the night, I cool down my body with the air conditioner for 2 hours before going to bed and I go to bed
