Also my two grandsons are learning English at “ECC Junior” in our town since the low grade of elementary school to be able to speak English.
Indeed, I think the pointed out in this article is correct from the fact that my grandsons have poor Japanese language of academic ability.
First of all, it is important to be able to communicate reliably with people around them by Japanese word.
By the way, today I went to Neagari town in Ishikawa Prefecture to cheer my elder grandson’s junior high school baseball team.
Their opponent team of the game was Neagari junior high school, which was the alma mater of Mr.Hideki Matsui of the major leaguer.
