I read the article in today’s blog, I feel a little anxious.
Because recently I’ve been sitting frequently in front of my PC for a long time by editing or organizing pictures and videos of my grandson’s baseball game.
Sometimes, it may continue to sit more than three hours with concentrating.
Even if continuing to sit, I want to keep in mind to take exercise break every 30 minutes from now.
