Salad topping basil from my kitchen garden

I picked up several basil leaves in the planter and topping on the salad yesterday.

I’m not still sure they grow well and many leaves come out as last year because I started from tiny seeds not like last year. I usually plant young plants and made them grow in the ground.

Though they are still tiny but leaves don’t get big yet. So I’m sorry if they will not be big and not enough leaves to make into sauce.

Anyway I’m tasting special fresh basil flavor and happy.
