It’s reported that a brave dog Ron saved children from yellow jacket attacks. He was a host dog in the natural park in Nagasaki. The owner of him is saying about him,
” Ron is a gentle and good attendant dog for the visitors but I had never thought he did such a brave action for people.”
Ron got serious injured after amount of attacks by ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
I really admire his dedication.

Although I’m not very familiar with the type of dog, I knew for the first time that this dog is a “Border Collie” in the comments of ann Monday.
When checking on the net, “Border Collie” is obedient, agile, clever and said to be the most intelligent among all dog species.
So, he would had done such a brave act in an emergency situation.
By the way, did your daughter’s family come to Japan, and also to Toyama? How long will they stay in Japan or Toyama?
I guess you are very happy to meet them again. I wish you will spend happy time enough.

Their trip in Japan is about two weeks first two and the last two days are in Tokyo and middle a week in Toyama and later 5days in Osaka. They have JR pass for foreigners to go around by Shinkansen round trip except Kanazawa to Osaka.

Today ‘s Toyama marathon was held in the rain.
Unfortunately, people from outside the prefecture couldn’t see the beautiful Mt.Tate.
We wore rain wear, have an umbrella and cheered loudly.
I was able to take a picture of my friend.

It was so sorry that athletes couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view of Toyama bay and mountain ranges today’s marathon. I was watching on cable tv while the runners get into the goal.
