It’s season for pumpkin to eat differently. I like to cook pumpkins both in Japanese taste with soy sauce and in Western with milk soup or stew.
Pumpkins are popular for Halloween but this is not for edible one but an ornament in those countries. While in Japan we enjoy it eating for healthy symbol in winter.

I cook pumpkini with soy sauce or put it in curry.
I like pumpkin ‘s tempura the most.

Pumpkin has often eat also at my home, as “nimono”, “tenpura” and “soup” etc ,. I also like pumpkin dish very much.
By the way, my grandchildren is looking forward to the Halloween party of ECC Junior classroom and they are preparing with fancy dress costume .
A granddaughter who is crazy with “Pre-cure” is of course a “Pre-cure” costume.
