Japanese ginger

I’ve got lots of Japanese ginger, “Myoga”. They are just raw fresh and pickles with vinegar. I’d like to use them in different way such as into miso soup, topping into noodle, using it very useful.

Please tell me your favorite recipe to eat Myoga.

    1. The flavor of Myoga is really wild and bitter so it’s not always popular among people, especially for kids. It’s kind of adults’ taste 😁

  2. “Myoga” looks very beautiful food in appearance, doesn’t it?
However, my wife and daughter-in-law seems to prefer, but “myoga” isn’t a common food in our home, and has never appeared on the table of our house from long ago.
By the way, though I have many likes and dislikes about food, “myoga” is also one of them and I have never eaten so far.
So, sorry but I can’t tell you the recipe to eat Myoga.
