I’ve never suffered from sleepless such as insomnia. But I tend to sleep shallow because of having a lot of dreams. I still remembered what I had dreamed just after waking up but forgot soon.
Today’s topic is how to sleep well and keep your night from recovering for the next day. It’s up to you whether you believe it or not. It’s just like a small talk among people but not sure.
