I cooked Shandho pepper with soy sauce and some seasoning(dashi, sake and mirin) after boiled and soaked in water to remove the bitterness. It tastes very flavored and rich. I tried to grill a block of pork meat with Sansho pepper in the deep pan, and cooked adding rosemary, crazy salt, ginger and balsamico sauce.
Then it made like “meat cake”. Then I sliced and ate with vegetables.
